SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

When will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the order date between Monday and Friday.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in EU or China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 12 - 40 business days depending on location. 

Please take into account that we produce all the pieces under demand  ensuring the quality of our products. Therefore, we thank you for your patience and comprenhesion on this matter. We want to enssure your unique piece. 

The customer must provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. In the event that this is not the case, we are not liable for attributable delays. In this case, if the transport company returns his order, the customer will not be able to cancel his order. The customer will have to provide us again a complete and valid address in which to receive their order.

 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

The 99% of our deliveries not have taxes in their final destination

NOTE : Regarding shipments to Brazil, buyers must provide us with their CPF in the shipping note, since the Brazilian customs returns all orders without CPF.

In the event that we are not provided with such information, we are not responsible for the order not being received, nor for the damages that could be caused.
